- How long does it take my order to be delivered?
Once your order is placed, it will take approximately 2-4 working days to get it to you. For Klang Valley customers, you may PM us directly on our Facebook page or email us at email@example.com to arrange a Lalamove or Pickup.
- Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Yes. As stated in our refund policy, you will need to inform us within 7 days after receiving the item and ensure that the packaging seal isn’t broken.
- Do you help to claim warranty of a product?
You may send the product to us at your own shipping cost, but we’d advise you to claim directly with the brand’s service centre or distributor to speed up the process.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card via Paypal, we are working on installment facilities so stay tuned.
